Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer free Standard 48-hour UK delivery on all orders over £35.

A next working day delivery option is also available at checkout for a small additional charge.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimated from the point of dispatch and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.

International Delivery

We currently only accept orders for delivery within the UK.

If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@offsettraining.co.uk or via live chat and we’ll let you know whether we can arrange delivery.
